As an ordained Spiritualist minister, I regularly practice mediumship and meditation. Sometimes the only time I get to do that is while sitting in the dark waiting for my daughter to finally fall asleep. But I'll take what I can get.
My yoga practice currently consists of a few rounds of sun salutations in the morning while being climbed on by the kids, who I attempt to distract with Little Einsteins or their good friend, Elmo.

I'm originally from England and have lived in Barbados, W.I., and various places in the East coast of the United States -- including a remote mountain wilderness in Western North Carolina in a 28-foot airstream, off-grid with no running water.
As much as I'm a greenie, I also love technology and am excited to see the ways it can reduce our impact on the earth and keep our planet healthy for future generations.
