Jessica Workman

Writer
Jessica Workman, Jessica Workman

Jessica is a writer in graduate school getting her MA in Literature. As a 23 year old writer, she doesn't have a lot of work published as of yet, but is working diligently on a screenplay that she has very high hopes for. Even really bad movies get sold.

She's addicted to Victorian literature, has found new love in post-modernism, and regularly reads contemporary Native American fiction and poetry. Her eclectic nature can be seen on her one bookshelf, where books are double stacked for lack of room. Feel free to visit her blog, Stolen Moments, for her every-day thoughts, musings, ramblings, etc.

Current Research:

Jessica is currently working on an in-depth research project on the early American novel. She is focusing on Susanna Rowson's text, Reuben and Rachel and is housing this information online via Blogger. For more information on this online project, visit Reuben and Rachel.

She has also completed a collaborative Wiki with fellow colleagues. Her research was done on eco/beat poet, Gary Snyder.
