With 30 years of cooking experience, a certification in Food and Nutrition, I have been a freelance food writer since 2000. My recipes have won awards from Bon Appetit, Better Homes and Garden, Family Circle, Cooking Pleasures, Light and Tasty magazine, Healthy Cooking magazine and Cook's Country. I can most likely be found in my kitchen trying something new, or hiding behind my computer writing about my discoveries.
