Jennifer Blair was born with a smile on her face, the wind beneath her feet and an already packed suitcase. Her father, a career Air Force Master Sergeant, moved the family frequently and by the time of his retirement, Jennifer had lived in Turkey, Greece, Texas, Alaska and Maryland. Settling in Memphis, Tennessee, her parent’s hometown, Jennifer completed high school (having attended 12 schools in 12 years) and graduated with a marketing degree from the University of Memphis. The bright lights of Los Angeles beckoned and after working in Memphis on the films “The Firm” and “The Client”, she grabbed her always packed bag and headed west. Filmmaking has kept her busy for the last fifteen years and enabled her to marry her love of film and her love of travel. While filming she has had the privilege of working in Morocco, Kauai, Oahu, Portland, Washington D.C., Virginia, South Carolina, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Santa Fe and San Francisco. Over the past two years Jennifer has been working exclusively for Screen Gems on “Vacancy”, “Prom Night”, “Quarantined”, “Obsessed” and “Bone Deep”. For a complete listing of her film credits, please visit her imdb page. Only recently has she begun to write about her travels and hopes to write and travel for six months a year. She has been published on the webzine, Brave New Traveler, was the first monthly winner in the Costa Rica Travel Writing Contest and has a travel tip in an upcoming issue of West Ways Magazine. |
