Jeanne Lombardo

Jeanne Belisle Lombardo is a freelance writer in Scottsdale Arizona with an interest in languages, literature, culture, global issues and the Humanities in general. She has written for online journals, in-house newsletters and print publications for higher education and is a published poet. Jeanne has called many countries home including Japan, England and France and she has traveled extensively in Europe, Asia , Mexico and Central America. She now travels frequently within the US and Arizona and is a "road scholar" for the Arizona Humanities Council, bringing presentations of interest to outlying areas of the state.

Jeanne has worked in education for more than twenty years and is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe Arizona. She also currently collaborates with her husband, Tom, at the Center for Future Consciousness, facilitating workshops, courses and presentations on the future. She blogs about current affairs and the importance of enhancing one's capacity to think creatively and constructively about the future at Futurodyssey .

Jeanne holds a Bachelors degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies and a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities.
