My name is Jeanie Turner. I recently completed my bachelor's degree in history and I am currently working on finishing my Master's degree in history. I plan to finish in September and start the doctorate program in history at the University of South Carolina. In my college career, I have taken around 30 history courses (graduate and undergraduate) plus many electives and general education courses. My ability to write eloquently, efficiently, and cohesively has made me more than just a college graduate; I am an honors graduate. I was nominated to the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Magna cum Laude Honor Society. My senior year in high school (way back in 1998), I was awarded a National History and Government Award. I have just recently begun attempting to publish my writing and make a career of it (of sorts). My works have already been published on www.thehistoricalarchive.com and at www.thecivilwaromnibus.com. As a history major (and now graduate student), my professors have held me to the highest standards of writing. My work has been painfully scrutinized time and time again and I have received the very highest marks on my writing. Several of my professors have even kept my work to use as a model for their future students to write their papers by. I am currently working on my first book about the role of Nazi Propaganda in swaying the German people to participate or look the other way in the genocide of European Jewry. My main thesis is that Adolf Hitler did not have and could not attain the full support of the majority of the German people in his campaign to murder all European Jewry (Very interesting stuff) While I am just beginning to build my professional resume, I know I have a bright future ahead of me. I hope that all of my readers will stay tuned, because there is much more to come. |
