I own a technical communications company and have a background in software, finance, accounting, manufacturing, international sales, inventory control, and teaching. I create service manuals, procedures, help systems, and various business documents.

When I read for fun, I read spy stories, mysteries, and historical novels. I have read all the Harry Potter books, and I recommend them to my friends, who first scoff and then become addicted.
