Renee Shelton is a classically trained culinarian whose specialty is pastry and healthy cooking. Her culinary education and English degree are put to use as when she is not in the kitchen creating recipes, she can be found writing about them and her other loves: gardening, fishing and childrens couture. She has a successful pastry equipment and consulting business, and although she has lived on both coasts, she now calls the West her home. While she may wear many hats, her favorite role in life currently is that of being mom to her children (and dogs and fish...).
