Heather Zorzini has spent over 25 years as a globe-trotting flight attendant for a major international airline, accumulating more than twenty million air miles and a lot of insider information.
While still flying, she graduated with High Honours from the Sheridan College (Oakville) Interior Design program and interned at an award-winning design studio in Burlington before starting her own business. She has used her knowledge and hands-on skills to renovate five of her own houses.
Heather studied writing for media at Ryerson University and Humber College in Toronto and continues to hone her craft through courses in places as diverse as New York City and Haliburton, Ontario.
Heather's travel stories, essays and photographs have appeared in the Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto's NOW Magazine and MoneySense. She was a finalist in the Canadian Writers' Collective 2006 Best Canadian Travel Story contest for her tale Moon Over Dildo.
