Lynn Pritchett has earned five "Suite101 Editor's Choice Awards" for her articles: Online Resources for Health Care Reform, High-Tech Pet ID: Better Than Tags and Collars, Self-Publishing VS. Mainstream Trade Publishing, Christmas Read-Aloud Picture Books , and Christmas Chapter Books for All Ages.
Writing for the e-magazine, Associated Content (AC), Lynn earned non-fiction awards for her African American history story “Whispers” and her personal story “Best Mistake I Ever Made." She also contributes to the AC as an Health & Wellness Category Editor and is active on the AC Advisory Committee.
Lynn has many other articles, stories, and poems published through Suite101, the AC. She maintains an American-Portuguese heritage blog at AncestralSpace.com. Lynn has published for non-profit organization newsletters: Canyon Connection and Falcon Press, as well as in a community newspaper: The North Idaho Press, and The Torch poetry book. Her illustrations have appeared in the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators national newsletter and The North Idaho Press newspaper. Her first novel is in editing phase.
