Henry Astorga

The workplace is today’s learning campus and workstations are its laboratories: that's Henry's gospel. Over the last two decades, he's layered his passion for communication and business development over his professional practice of client training and workforce improvement. His articles unabashedly reflect practical work-based incidents – and accidents – occurring in organizational settings.

He delivers an uncommon view of the learning experience within the context of work. His unique insights on work issues and his training savvy have been showcased in organizations as diverse as American College, AT&T, ERI, MagPortal, Quality Society of Australasia, and Leader Values to name a few.
