Rhonda Chalmers

I have many years experience in Office Administration but my most recent addition is a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, graduating in 2007. I moved to Brisbane (from NZ) for a job as an Engineering Geologist, which I loved but was made redundant in February.

I recently joined Toastmasters to gain more confidence in public speaking and Leadership skills (I already had some, but felt I could do with more). Toastmasters has also allowed me to experiment with different subjects when writing speeches and has given me the confidence to write articles for this website.

I have always enjoyed writing and over the years I have written in two magazines/newsletters (that I can remember) and have completed numerous essays whilst at Uni, both Scientific and non-scientific.

I moved back to New Zealand at the end of September after getting married.
