Hannah O'Connor

Inspired by the poems of writers from Langston Hughes to Tupac Shakur, Han O’Connor developed an early interest in the power of words. Growing up in both the UK and Germany, she discovered a passion for urban music, particularly hip hop due to its rich and diverse culture. Affectionately nicknamed ‘Info’ by her peers due to an extensive knowledge of urban music, it soon became clear that hip hop journalism was the first step in her promising career.

With several years of experience, gaining a reputation as one of the hardest working and more creative young writers in hip hop journalism, Info always has a lot to say. With a portfolio of high-quality, diverse written content focused primarily on urban music and culture, Info aims to create a storm in the international media world through her unconventional interviewing style and outspoken editorials.

After establishing 3threat Media in early 2009, this dream is steadily coming into fruition. With a strong focus on the fields of both journalism and branding, the concept behind the venture was to provide high-quality journalistic services whilst maintaining a strong corporate identity. 3threat Media is dedicated to providing well-written content for the hip hop generation.

Info has worked with a number of both established and upcoming artists including: MC Lyte, Young Buck, Flo Rida, Chino XL, Juvenile, Lara Lavi (WIDEawake Death Row CEO), Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins, Shola Ama, Shontelle, Daniel Merriweather, Tinchy Stryder, Bashy, Kel Spencer, The Redland, D. Woods (of Danity Kane), Pryslezz, super producer Focus… and many more. With an ever-increasing popularity amongst aspiring artists due to her interest in supporting independent or unsigned artists, Info has also had the pleasure of working with a number of the hottest rising urban stars.

At present Info is working towards a degree in English Literature majoring in African-American literature and culture.
