Cindy Kochis got her start as a freelance writer by submitting press releases and articles she’d written to assist several non-profit organizations promote their events and projects. After seeing her by-line in print, it drove her to pen more. Articles range from a Victorian tea party to an equine massage therapist and from business profiles to places to visit and things to do in the region. Cindy was given the opportunity to interview Carol Duvall when she released her book, “Paper Crafting with Carol Duvall.” Earning a living as an Advertising Sales Consultant for a radio station and then for a local newspaper, she was given plenty of opportunities to work with various professionals. “Developing adverting content was the best part of the job,” said Cindy. In 2006, Cindy established Creative Counsel, Inc. She works closely with clients to promote their business using a variety of methods. Personalizing each task, Creative Counsel assists in developing newsletters, web sites, brochures, business stationery, press releases and etcetera. For enjoyment, Cindy spends her free time creating. Hobbies and passions include writing, traveling, gardening, hiking, camping, candle and jewelry making, baking, researching hometown history, snowmobiling, and the list continues. To share her interests with others, she started http://bunnyhollow.blogspot.com/ in January of 2009. |
