Chris Christian has been involved with fitness for over 30 years and personal training for 12 years. In addition he teachs fitness and nutrition classes. He has conducted many fitness programs for both adults and children and revels in the success of others. Chris has attended numerous fitness and wellness seminars. Last year, he competed in his second fitness competition and captured the overall title in the mens firness category. Currently, he is finishing his first book on exercise and also runs an organization aimed at fitness for adults and children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, riding his motorcycle, working out, and dancing. Cooking is also a favorite pastime. Additionally, Chris has interests in energy and healing practices. He believes one must focus on all aspects of self to produce overall balance and harmony in one's life. |
