Faye Newman

I'm a freelance writer based on the Oregon coast. My passions are riding (horses) and writing (sometimes about horses) in that order. Otherwise, I love family time, my friends, my church, and my comfy little home which needs some upgrading. I'm an Aries, on the cusp of Taurus, which combines the fire sign with rank stubbornness, so I start things (invesytment club, spay-neuter organization, writers group, bookstore) and stick it out, but like to inspire others to take over so I can move on to the next project. We provide horsemanship to people with developmental disabilities, and our horses work magic.

I've finished two novels, one of which is in its final re-write. The other needs a lot of paring and clarifying and I will do it-- eventually. First, I want to finish book 2 and move on to book 3. I'm here to learn, and hone, and enjoy, because I love to write.
