Hello! I am a college student out here in Arizona where the sun always shines!
I have been dealing with depression and anxiety since my teen years. Because of all that, I have made it my goal to help other kids/teens with their mental health.
Through my website, I hope to help teens find the appropriate resources to educate them on mental illness; support; and advocacy.
I want other teens to realize that they CAN help themselves, that things are not hopeless. I felt so alone during my high school years, so I totally know what it is like to suffer from something that you can't even see.
