Emily Chauviere earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and theology and a concentration in International Studies from the University of Dallas. She also has a Master of Arts in theology from Marquette University.
Emily is a librarian at the University of Dallas. She used to work in educational publishing, where she edited projects for such companies as Scholastic and Houghton Mifflin. Through freelancing, she's also edited books about such topics as health and popular culture.
She enjoys traveling and learning about the history and culture of other countries. She visited Australia and New Zealand as a People to People Student Ambassador. She also spent a semester studying in Rome, and while she wasn't exploring this ancient city she was able to travel around the rest of Europe.
In her spare time she reads, particularly mysteries and books about royalty, volunteers at her church library, and tries to finish one of her many knitting projects.
