Sugar Plum Memories self-published in 1989, was a book about Christmas traditions including history of the holiday, recipes and crafts. Kidstuff, published by Eagle Press in 1990, detailed parent/preschooler relationships and how to teach preschoolers how to learn in a fun and easy manner. Deborah took time off from writing from 2001 to 2006 to take care of her ailing husband. She also maintains a blog called the Creative Crazy Lady and can be found at Facebook under Deborah C. Harding. She welcomes any reader to follow her on the blog or at Facebook and invites them to visit her website.

Deborah has two daughters. The oldest lives with her and goes to the local University majoring in English and her youngest goes to Culinary School at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Deborah has been experimenting with fiction and is seeking an agent for a paranormal mystery. She and her younger daughter, also a writer, are working on a Children's Book and a book of family recipes.

Deborah specializes in herbs, gardening, holidays, food and recipes, preschool activities, hobbies, and much more.
