David Hornestay - Profile

DavidH began a career as a freelancer after 34 years in government management. Keeping a hand in as a consultant in federal human resources, he wrote for Govenment Executive Magazine, where he edited its management case studies feature. He also contributed monthly to FPMI Publications newsletters and authored a casebook, the Federal Guide to Executive Leadership. For a change of pace, David writes book reviews for a community publication. As a sports fan for over 60 years, he has been writing web articles, especially on baseball.
