Dave DeWitt

Dave is known as "The Pope of Peppers" because he has published more than 35 books on the topics of chile peppers and fiery foods. He is the co-producer of the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show held annually in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is publisher of the popular Fiery Foods & Barbecue SuperSite. His TV appearances include the "Today Show," "Mythbusters," "Extreme Conventions," "Food Tech," "Bobby Flay," and many shows on the Food Network.
