Daniel Shafer

Daniel Shafer is a writer and journalist from Wisconsin.

Shafer graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in December 2008 where he majored in Journalism and Political Science. He wrote opinion columns, music reviews, humor columns and news stories for the campus newspaper, the Advance-Titan, where he also worked as Opinion Editor and was the paper's first Web Editor. In summer 2008, he was a Web Intern at Fox 6 Milwaukee and MyFoxMilwaukee.com.

Shafer loves rock 'n' roll music, domestic and international politics and American professional sports and has a bold, independent-minded take on all three.
