You could call me a jack-of-all-trades-writer, having written over 1000 articles with magazines, newspapers, blogs, websites, for corporate companies, as well as written poetry, short stories and books.

My first book in the much-anticipated YA series, The Crystal Locket, will be published very soon with Brushfire Press, under the name Julia Lawrence--me and my father's first names--who my father is co-authoring the series with me.

I have three children--two teenagers and my youngest who acts like a teenager at 9-years-old. I love reading, often having read to my children the Harry Potter series.

I hope to give you some of my humour, experience and expertise on parenting pitfalls and pleasures. Please feel free to e-mail me if there is something you would like me to cover on the topic.
