Michael Cortese is the Executive Chef Instructor for Liaison College of Culinary Arts, in Barrie, Ontario. Training under Master Chef Frank Berger, Michael has worked as a Restaurant Chef, Consultant, Food Writer, and now dedicates all of his time, teaching and training the next generation of cooks and chefs.
