Michael Cook is currently a Real Estate Investment Banker for Wachovia. He and his wife started their own real estate investment company, Cook Squared Enterprises, four years ago. They had a lot of ups and downs and made a TON of mistakes (and a little bit of money). Now, they are back at it after a short break for school (Cornell University, MBA). Michael hopes by sharing their ups and downs and some good mortgage advice, they can help others fine their first home.
