Catherine Roberts

After working for Holland & Barrett as a manager for over 5 years I moved jobs with an extensive knowledge of herbal medicines, vitamins and minerals and alternative medicines. My time with Holland & Barrett was extremely beneficial in my quest to learn as much as possible about alternative medicines and how they can help to treat the cause and not just the symptoms. Whilst there I quailifed with distinction in both the intermediate herbal advisor exam and later the advanced nutritional supplements and physiology exam. In my personal life outside of work I continued my love of natural medicine by researching complementary therapies such as Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts, Reflexology and Acupuncture.

In my spare time I am a freelance web designer and have written the copy for a number of websites. I also enjoy reading spiritual and self help books and writing short stories, poetry and song lyrics.
