Carrie is a freelance writer from Ontario, Canada. Her writing is featured on numerous websites and print magazines. She currently pens a regular cooking column called Carrie's Kitchen Corner for The Single Edge magazine, that gives busy single parents cooking tips and recipes for healthy, simple meals.
Her love of cooking was inspired and nurtured by her grandmother, who was a wonderful cook and baker. Carrie enjoys entertaining and hosting parties in her home, as well as cooking up casual dinners for friends and family.
Besides cooking, Carrie loves reality TV and is the owner and webmaster at Reality Shack. She also loves music, reading, and making candles and soap in her spare time.
