Julie's writing career began back in college in the 1990s. However, she considers herself a new writer since she has put this profession aside for a couple of decades while she worked in other areas, attended school and obtained her law degree. She has always had a passion for writing and is so very excited to finally be picking-up a pen again (or rather typing on a keyboard)!
She has written articles for The Thunderword, a Highline Community College newspaper. Her most recent article can be seen on-line in the magazine Children , published by the Children's Rights Council.
She looks forward to working for Suite101 and their professional staff for many years to come!
