Jonathan GriffithsSuite101 Member Hi! My name is Jonathan Griffiths. I am a 27 year-old graduate student.I was born in the United Kingdom. However, I gained my bachelor's and master's degrees in the USA. Presently, I am studying for my PhD in Social Psychology at the Ohio State University. My interests are diverse. However, my main passion is to travel and explore other cultures. I have been fortunate enough to have had much real-life experience of other cultures. I have worked as an English teacher and freelance writer in Thailand, on a kibbutz in Israel, as a conservation worker in Australia, and at a center for disadvantaged children in the UK. I also enjoy reading, tennis, and movies. As a graduate student, I spend a lot of time online. Many of my favorite sites are psychology related. However, I also love the Discovery Channel site, the CNN site, and any travel sites. I have contributed to the website "wcities.com" as a review writer of hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions in Thailand. Future ambitions include to establish myself as a freelance writer, to travel to every country on the globe, and to jump from an airplane (with a parachute, of course)! |
