Hi, my name is Brenda Neugent, and after 20 years of writing primarily features for newspapers including the Green Bay News-Chronicle, which spent decades battling the Gannett-owned Green Bay Press-Gazette until folding in 2005, the current state of the industry has given me the freedom to more fully explore my passion for words.
I have been writing since I could spell, and for me, my greatest pleasure is to bring stories to life for my readers, taking them places they have never been and making them feel as if they explored along with me.
I also love gardening, cooking healthy meals for my husband and the arts, which has the ability to make us all richer and more well-rounded. I am currently immersed in a total home renovation project, so I am sure there will be many harrowing stories to tell.
