Robert Dailey’s interests and abilities are wide-ranged and eclectic. As a master gardener and garden writer, both his garden and his word processor are prolific. An avid proponent of water-wise gardening, he is also interested in water conservation and "green industry" efforts throughout the world. He is a student of philosophy, comparative religions and the Middle East.
In addition to writing for Desert and Waterwise Gardens, Dailey is a contributor to Middle Eastern History and to other topics on Suite101.com. He has published articles both online and in print, on politics, water conservation, travel, fishing, southern gardening and a variety of other topics.
He is an award-winning journalist, a published fiction writer and a popular lecturer as well. He is currently working on several novels, an anthology of short stories and a book on waterwise gardening.
