Meredith L Hillman

Meredith is a recent college graduate from the University of Maine at Farmington with a BFA in Creative Writing and a minor in Women's Studies. She was a DJ and Music Reviewer for the college radio station for three years, earning an award for having best show from 2003-2004, and spent her time as a senior editing the school's feminist zine as well as writing and directing a zombie movie.

Focusing mostly on issues of gender, sexuality and race, Meredith considers herself a post-modern radical feminist, and her first paid publication appeared in the Spring 2007 issue of Bitch: Feminist Response to Pop Culture, which can be ordered from www.bitchmagazine.com.

Meredith plans on going back to school next year, this time earning her MFA in Screenwriting.
