Nicholas Klacsanzky has had a love for writing since the age of eight. He has written two full-length poetry books, and is in the process of completing a new book, collected from his travels in India, Italy and the deep south of America. Graduating from The Evergreen State College with a B.A. focused in writing and literature, he keeps a diligent schedule of writing both creative and nonfiction projects every day. Nicholas tutors students in English at the Shoreline Community College and also takes his hand at freelance editing.
Besides writing, Nicholas is an experienced musician, with sixteen years practice in percussion. He recently took up classical singing in the east Indian tradition. He occasionally teaches tabla, an east Indian classical drum.
Nicholas lives in Seattle with his music group Sangeet Moksha, while also being a member of the band Elbows Touching.
