Bernard Betts

I hold the degrees: BA (Biology and Chemistry, 1st class hons), MSc (Medicinal Chemistry) and PhD (Microbiology). My career has included university lectureships at Liverpool and York and acting as R&D director of my own companies, all in the area of applied microbiology. My special research interests are public health microbiology and analytical microbiology. I presently undertake commercial consultancy work, part-time lecturing and scientific/technical writing.
