Benjamin Poyant

Ben has formal training in electronic news gathering, digital sound recording, computer-based music production, and audio post-production for television, film, and gaming. He studied Communications at VA Tech, and spent a year as a student at Full Sail University in Florida.

His technical background and broad work experience spans over a decade of personal and professional endeavors, from managing high profile advertising campaigns at America Online's marketing headquarters in Northern Virginia to wiring complex audiovisual systems for small businesses and places of worship throughout Central Texas.

Having lived and traveled abroad since February, 2009, Ben and his wife will return to the Texas Hill Country at the end of the year. He is grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge and passions with fellow contributors at Suite101.
