Amy Smith

Amy Luscher Smith is a Kentucky-based director of organizational planning and performance and has worked for twelve years in business communication and organizational development. Her passion is guiding others to identify ways to lead at all levels, from administrative assistant to CEO, in order to create strong, healthy organizations.

Amy obtained her B.A in English from Georgetown College, her M.A. in English from the University of Louisville, and has recently completed coursework toward a doctoral degree in organizational development from the University of Louisville.

Amy’s areas of interest are leadership, organizational development, employee relations and process improvement. She is committed to helping others achieve personal effectiveness in their careers and supporting organizations in developing strong infrastructures.

Amy volunteers her time as a preschool teacher in her church and through her work as a Board member for the Kentucky Book Fair. Amy enjoys writing, baking and family activities.
