Angelina Nachimuthu

Angelina Nachimuthu is a technical communicator and a mother of two. When she finds some spare time she also likes to read and write. As a military brat, then a doctoral student and now an immigrant she has traveled widely and likes to think of herself as a citizen of the world who enjoys the best of two cultures - Indian (South Asian) and American. She hopes that her children also learn to appreciate the best in all cultures.

Angelina received her Ph.D. degree at the University of Hyderabad, India. Her doctoral research was on the representations of India in American Missionary Fiction. She was a visiting Fulbright researcher at the South Asian Regional Studies Department, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. She is interested in technical communication, cross-cultural encounters, immigrant experiences, Regency Fiction, Indian Writing in English, and Indian Diaspora Fiction.
