Andrew Rodger

Andrew Rodger - The Voice of Sport, is a member of the Canadian Association of Journalists and "semi-known" Canadian musician. He has lived and travelled from coast to coast in Canada and now resides in Toronto, Ontario. In 2004, while recording his 3rd CD, he was forced to stop working due to a chronic illness. Unable to perform and too heartbroken to listen to his music collection, Andrew turned on his AM radio and rediscovered "sports talk" radio. The thrill and excitement of the sports world helped pave the road to recovery. Now in better health, Andrew has begun writing and recording that elusive 3rd CD with his band Stop Yelling, and he is working towards a position in broadcasting and journalism. Besides writing for Suite101.com, Andrew writes each month for Main Street, a monthly newspaper in Quebec and their on-line weekly edition - Main Street Week (laurentianlife.com).
