My name is Amy Peterson. I am wife of Ed for 15 years and mother of Dylon, 15, Caitlyn, 12, and Bryan, 5. We live in a renovated whip factory in the tiny town of Fostoria, Iowa where we continue work on the remodeling and are starting an organic garden. I have been a writer since I was eight years old and wrote my first play. It was an allegorical morality play about a fight I was having with my friends and I forced them to put on my old ballet costumes and act it out -- on the front lawn. Since then I have written a couple of books and numerous articles. I am working on a new novel called Deb`s Feet and a new play called The Feast of Jovi Bono. I freelance part time as an arts writer for a newspaper here in the gorgeous Okoboji area of Iowa. |
