I've been hooked on aerobics since leaving college, taking classes each week at a local gym as well as doing step aerobics at home on days when I can't get to the gym.

Aerobics has made me stronger, more confident, and more energetic. Its helped me through those long weeks at the office and given me enough energy to have a social life to boot!

Sometimes I consider myself an ambassador for aerobic exercise, as I believe that EVERYONE can benefit from it - even if its just a few minutes a day.
