Angela Koepfer is devoted to the hospitality industry. She grew up behind the scenes of a large scale catering operation in New Jersey, where she developed a passion for the business. She learned and developed the skills of every position in both front and back of the house operations before she took on commercial and institutional food service management.
She is credited with the design and publishing of several menus in use at restaurants, bars, and catering operations in New Jersey. In order to heighten her knowledge of the business, she continues to study Hotel and Restaurant Management at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Online Division where her writing is being used by the instructors of The Art Institute. Angela also writes for several online sites, including Associated Content, and is a published poet.
In addition to her work and love for the food and beverage industry, she is a formally trained dancer. She has studied and performed ballet for over 15 years.
