Alessandro earned his masters degree in Political Science from Milano State University where he now serves as a research assistant, teaching Contemporary History and Political Parties History. His academic experience was focused on the research and analysis of the impact of the American way of life on the Italian traditional culture after the Second World War, on the rule of the memory of the Second World War in the Italian Republic, on the Italian radical right and the post fascist political movement. He also collaborated with the study center and research on "The Italian Social Republic" settled in Salò and he is on the editorial staff of the review “Ventunesimo Secolo”, review focused on political transitions.
His interests lie primarily in politics, especially on Italian affairs and its relations with the USA, and contemporary history. He has also always had a great interest in sport, particularly football (soccer) and has supported his city team, FC Internazionale Milano, since childhood.
He is a published author of history and serves as editor of the Milano Contemporary History Museums website. He organized cultural events for the Milano Museum and exhibitions such as: “Ritorno alla democrazia” - 60° anniversary of the Italian Republic; “Memorial della Liberazione di Milano” - 60° anniversary of the Liberation of Milan and "Numero Zero", three days dedicated to the city of Milano.
