I've been interested in the written word and writing all my life. Over many years of writing, revising, editing, and learning, I have discovered that I am much more successful when working with my creativity.

A well-written letter or document makes my day. There is nothing like reading a well-polished letter ready to be signed, sealed, and delivered. Since 1997, I have been a freelance writer. In 1997, I took a writing course through "The Writer's Digest School of Writing" called, "Marketing your Non-Fiction Workbook." In 2003, I self-published a book called, "Rainbow Wishes and Colorful Dreams" which can be purchased at barnesandnoble.com and amazon.com

In 2000 - 2003, I taught creative writing to home-school students. This was my best job ever! Kids are so eager to learn and please the teacher/instructor. In 2004, I was offered the opportunity to become a Contributing Editor for an e-zine called Suite101.com, and wrote for four columns. In addition, I wrote and designed two online workshops at Suite 101 University for "Women Abuse" and "Mothers and Daughters Celebrating Life."

Currently I am writing How-To articles for ehow.com and currently working on a second book called, "Teardrops on Roses: Violence Awareness and Survival Techniques for Young Women." I am researching for my third book.

I have written over 50 articles for Suite101.com, wrote and designed a policy manual for a "local" Humane Society, wrote and designed Bylaws for a "local" PTO Primary School, and wrote and designed a menu and brochure for a "local" restaurant.

I received a Two-Year Associates Degree (Applied Science - Studying Law) and currently working on B.A. majoring in Psychology.

In addition, I atttended four writing workshops (in the area I live).
