I grew up in central and north Florida. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Later I completed a Master's degree in Management from Florida Technological University. I am married and have two daughters of elementary school age. I started reading comics when I was about 13. It seemed like the easy way to read, as comics numerous drawings that enhanced the story. I was always better at math and science than I was at English. I was a below average reader in Junior High. Comics and other entertaining reading material improved my skill so that by my Senior Year in High School I read "The
Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". Over the years, I continued comics as a hobby. I did it purely for my own enjoyment. I currently have about 3500 comics of my own. I work at Kennedy Space Center and have submitted a picture of myself (center) watching the take off of STS 100 from the press site.
I am not in any way affiliated with any comic book artist, author, publisher, or corporation. In my opinion, this is an advantage for me. I can be completely unbiased in my opinions.
