I have ten years of experience in the fitness industry, having first become certified as an aerobics instructor and later studying to become a trainer. I have experience in step aerobics, hi/low impact, senior citizen wellness, strength and resistance training, yoga, kickboxing, and diet and nutrition. I believe very strongly that consistency is the key to any fitness program, and therefore, in order to make it easy for an individual to stick to an exercise program, that program must be designed to fit into their lifestyle. I believe that fitness is a lifelong endeavor, and should also be a lifelong joy. Fitness should be FUN!
