<p>I've been surfing the Internet for well over 15 years (before the web actually existed and Gopher was the talk of the town) and I was using it to learn about the Middle East and law schools from listservers that were accessible from my alma mater.</p>
<p>My latest project is <a href="http://lawhawk.blogspot.com/">lawhawk.blogspot.com</a>, which I hope will be a more responsive format for my musings.</p>
<p>I used to write at Suite101.com from October 1996 through 2005 on Middle East Politics and Internet Law. Both topic areas are archived.</p>
