Connie Troutman - Profile

I was born and raised in Montana...Big Sky Country...and still reside here today.

I enjoy watching wildlife and never miss an opportunity to capture the unexpected on film. Some think of me as "crazy" when I venture out scouting for tracks, such as those belonging to a bear.

I also love to fish, hunt, and spend quite a few summer days camping with my three children. I love the peace that comes with camping in the wilderness. No clamor to listen to but that of a rushing river, quiet walks in the evening just as the sun's rays glide down the mountainside, and the aroma of a country breakfast cooking over an open fire - this is heaven.

I love to write. I've had poetry published by the National Library of Poetry. And of course, my poetry echoes the words of wildlife. I also enjoy writing stories for children and history short stories.

When it comes to the internet, I'm one of the addicted souls. The wealth of information out on the super highway is outstanding. Whatever I need to lookup, I'm sure to find it.
