I am a 12 year veteran of the US Navy, currently assigned as an instructor in Newport, RI. Previous assignments include sea tours in Norfolk, VA and Jacksonville, FL and recruiting duty in St. Louis. I have a BS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and I am also a certified career counselor. Recently, I have started a freelance writing trade, and I think I'm doing fairly well at it. I write about training and education, the military (especially the Navy), some politics, and whatever else strikes me as worthy at the time. |
