Welcome to Peace Making at Suite101.com.
The purpose of this site is to equip and empower peace activists with skills and knowledge to plan peace marches and events. Demonstrations, marches, and rallies will also be reported upon, such as for specific calls to action from the local and grassroots to national and international, large-scale protests.
We will also examine contemporary peace issues affecting the world on global, national and local scales, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Darfur, and Israel/Palestine. We will showcase notable individuals and organizations making contributions to the cause of peace.
