Paraguay

Landlocked Paraguay is often seen as an anomaly in South America, little known and therefore little understood, Paraguay has suffered a turbulent history of mismanagement and dictatorships. Current President Fernando Lugo is a break from the traditional political parties of the past and hopefully represents a brighter future for a country wholly dependent on the agricultural sector and a thriving black market economy.
